Since 2012 Synapse has made a broad spectrum of investments in commercial real estate totaling over $250 million USD. The team has acquired, built, and renovated over 200,000 square feet of mixed-use projects and has expertise in complex entitlement, permitting, and building strategies.

After taking a step back from traditional investment strategies, our team has decided to continue investing with a drastically different lens. Our focus has shifted to ecological land development and boutique hospitality investments that incorporate the preservation of nature and innovation in natural building techniques.

We view preservation as a form of development and nature as inspiration for construction.

Our current target markets are the Mountain West (USA) for hospitality and retail investments, and Costa Rica for land development investments.
